The warranty obligations of Imperium Fitness Equipment for MID WEIGHTS are limited to the terms set forth below.
What is Covered: This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of MID WEIGHTS.
What is Not Covered: This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature.
How Long this Coverage Lasts:The limited warranty for MID WEIGHTS is one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
Who is Covered: Only the original purchaser of MID WEIGHTS is covered under this limited warranty. This limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of MID WEIGHTS.
What Imperium Fitness Equipment Will Do: Imperium Fitness Equipment will replace the defective MID WEIGHT, at no cost to the original purchaser, with a direct replacement. The original MID WEIGHTS end warranty date remains unchanged and is transferred to the replacement MID WEIGHT.
What Imperium Fitness Equipment Will Not Do Under This Limited Warranty: Imperium Fitness Equipment will not ship a replacement MID WEIGHT anywhere outside the United States. Even if the original MID WEIGHTS were purchased in the U.S. and taken out of the U.S. The original purchaser will be obligated to provide a U.S. based address.
Eligibility Requirements/How to Obtain Services: The original purchaser is required to fill out and submit a complete limited warranty form stating the name of the original purchaser, original purchaser’s email address and order number. Original purchaser will be required to provide a shipping address prior to the shipment of the replacement MID WEIGHT. The original purchaser is required to provide a picture or video showing the defective MID WEIGHT prior to the shipment of the replacement MID WEIGHT.
No other express warranty applies.This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Imperium Fitness Equipment. Imperium Fitness Equipment shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
