MID WEIGHTS

Start here

Everything you need to get the most out of your Mid Weights: how to attach them, how to make the straps last, and a free 12-week program with four plans for 2 to 6 days a week.

Attach in 4 steps

  1. Stand the dumbbell upright, head facing up.
  2. Center the plate flat on the outside end.
  3. Stretch one strap over the head and tuck it. Then the other.
  4. Check it sits snug before your first rep, and before every set.

Make your straps last

Stretch only as far as you need to clear the dumbbell head. To remove, roll the straps back over the head. Don’t pull a plate off by the plate.

Will they fit my dumbbells?

Mid Weights fit most round dumbbells 10 lb and up and most hex dumbbells 25 lb and up. Head sizes vary by brand, so if a plate doesn’t sit snug on a smaller dumbbell, use it on your heavier ones.

Free 12-week program: 4 plans

The Half-Step Method is a dumbbell program built on progressive overload. You add reps, then add weight in 1.25 lb and 2.5 lb steps, so you keep progressing instead of stalling at a 5 lb jump. Pick the plan that fits your week:

90-day strap guarantee

If a strap breaks within 90 days, we’ll send you a free replacement plate.

Go to Your Orders on Amazon, find your order, choose Contact seller, and attach a photo of the broken strap.

Train more than one pair?

Moving plates between dumbbells takes a few seconds, but if you progress on several lifts at once, a set for each pair saves time between exercises.
